Health Office

When to stay home:

  • Fever
  • Coughing with flem
  • Running Nose
  • Congested
  • Diarrhea
  • Vomiting
  • Pink Eye

If your child is on medication from a doctor and needs to be given during school hours, please get a Consent Letter form from the Health Clerk. This includes cough medicine, cough drops and inhalers.

If your child has a prescribed inhaler in the health office and an inhaler was used at home in the morning before school please let the Health Clerk know.

If your child is sent home for lice you are given a maximum of 3 days to clean hair.

Teach child to cover mouth and nose with tissue or their upper sleeve when coughing or sneezing, followed by washing hands.

Always call or come into the office when you or an emergency contact changes phone number.
