Dear La Primaria Parents,
Just a quick reminder of the exciting events happening at La Primaria next week!
We will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week from Monday, October 21st to Friday, October 25th. Each day will feature a special activity, and we encourage all students to participate:

• Monday: Red Day
  Wear red from head to toe to show your support for Red Ribbon Week.
• Tuesday: Rock Star Day
  Dress as your favorite rock star or wear a rock star t-shirt.
  (EMPD will be here to present to students from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. – TENTATIVE)
• Wednesday: Movie Star Day
  Wear your movie star sunglasses and cap to block out drugs and negative influences.
• Thursday: Crazy Hair Day
  Come to school with crazy hair to scare away the media and stand up to say "No to Drugs!"
• Friday: Superhero Day
  Dress as your favorite superhero and say "Booyah!" to drugs because you are a superhero movie star!

• Costumes should be simple and easy to put on/take off.
• No props (swords, knives, or weapons) should be brought to school.
• If your child wears a mask, ensure they can see clearly for safety.
• Students should come dressed in their costumes before school. If they need to change afterward, please send their uniform in a labeled bag.
• Students not in costume or not participating can stay in the office or library and should wear their school uniform.
